When do I receive my order?
We understand that you can't wait to enjoy your order. We aim to ship your order within 5 – 10 working days. You will receive an order confirmation by email if your order has been successful. You will then receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code with which you can track your order.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders over €500 you pay no shipping costs. If you place an order under €500, €14.95 will be added for shipping costs.

Can I also pick up my order?
Yes, you choose 'self-collection' in the shopping cart. We are located in Valkenswaard and open Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Always make an appointment before you come by to pick up your order.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
How can I exchange or return my order?
Have you changed your mind and would you like to return your product? This can be done within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and if reasonably possible in the original packaging. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.

Send an email to info@lauilounge.com with your order number and indicate which product(s) you want to return. We will be happy to help you personally. You can find your order number on the invoice or in the confirmation email.

Tips:

Always ask for proof of shipment of your return from PostNL
Carefully open the original packaging so that you can use it again to return the order if necessary.
Does your order consist of multiple Laui's? First unpack one and see whether it is completely to your liking with regard to color, fabric and comfort.

When will I get my purchase price back?
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive from us all payments you have made up to that point, excluding any return costs, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement. back.

We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

What is excluded from the warranty?
You have no guarantee for wear and tear due to use.

What kind of filling do the Laui products have?
All our products are filled with recycled EPS granules (polystyrene).

Can I order additional granules?
Of course. Send an email to info@lauilounge.com

Are the products available in more colors in addition to the current collections?
Yes, it is possible to order a product on request in a color that does not fall within the collections. We charge an additional fee of €50 for this. Email info@lauiounge.com for the possibilities.

USE & CLEANING
Can my Laui product be washed in the washing machine?
No, this is not possible.

Clean with a damp soapy cloth and rinse thoroughly with clean water. For heavy soiling, a soft brush can be used. In cases where disinfection is necessary, the vinyl can be cleaned with a solution of disinfectants.
Do not use solvents, bleach, synthetic detergents, laundry polish or ear soline sprays.

Are Laui products also suitable for outdoor use?
This varies per product. Our outdoor collections are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
