First of all, we thank you for your purchase and wish you much enjoyment with your new Laui Lounge.
We would like to tell you a bit about the filling of our products. All Laui Lounges are filled with specially selected EPS beads weighing 15 kg/m³. This is significantly heavier and of higher quality than the standard EPS fillings commonly used in the market.
This premium filling offers several important advantages:
- Your Laui Lounge will retain its shape for much longer.
- The furniture will remain beautifully filled and comfortable for years.
- Less chance of quick sagging or deformation.
- A more luxurious and stable seating experience.
Because we intentionally fill our products generously, your Laui Lounge may feel a bit firmer or even a bit "hard" during the first few days. This is completely normal and actually a sign that the product is optimally filled.
Fortunately, the filling quickly adapts to use. Within a few days, you will notice that the comfort increases and the lounge feels more supple. Would you like to speed up this process? Then you can:
- Firmly press the lounge several times with your knees.
- For a Longchair, let it float in the pool and use it as an air mattress. The movement of the EPS beads will quicker achieve the desired suppleness.
We deliberately choose to initially fill our products a bit firmer. This ensures that your Laui Lounge ultimately stays beautiful for much longer and retains its luxurious appearance longer. So don't worry if your new lounge feels a bit firm at first; this will change naturally with use.
With every Laui Lounge product, we include a free refill bag of EPS beads as standard. From experience, we know that many customers, after one to two years of use, want to add some extra filling to restore their lounge to its original, full appearance.
