When will I receive my order?
We understand that you can't wait to enjoy your order. We aim to ship your order within 5 – 7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is successful. After this, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code that allows you to follow your order.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders over €250, you pay no shipping costs (within the Benelux; shipping costs outside the Benelux will be shown during checkout or please contact us). If you place an order under €250, an additional €14.95 will be charged for shipping costs.
How can I exchange or return my order?
Have you changed your mind and would you like to return your product? This is possible within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.
Send an email to info@lauilounge.com with your order number and indicate which product(s) you wish to return. We will then be happy to assist you personally. You can find your order number on the invoice or in the confirmation email.
If you wish for us to arrange your return (pickup by our courier), we charge the following rates in the Benelux:
- Junior Seat € 25.00 incl. VAT
- Lounge Seat XL € 30.00 incl. VAT
- Square Pouf € 25.00 incl. VAT
- Kid Lounge € 25.00 incl. VAT
- Long Chair Lounge € 40.00 incl. VAT
- Daybed € 45.00 incl. VAT
- Daybed XL € 60.00 incl. VAT
- Pouf Round 44 / Pouf Round 68 € 25.00 incl. VAT
- Pillow 60x40 / Pillow 50x50 € 15.00 incl. VAT
Tips:
- Always ask for proof of shipment for your return from PostNL
- Carefully open the original packaging so that you can reuse it to return the order if necessary.
- Does your order consist of multiple Laui's? Unpack one first and check if it fully meets your expectations regarding color, fabric, and comfort.
When will I get my purchase amount back?
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, excluding any return costs, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement.
We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
What is excluded from warranty?
You have no warranty for wear and tear due to use or damage by pests.
