Laui Lounge, a leading brand in luxury lounge furniture, is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Support Employee. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for both the product development and the sales strategy of our brand. You will work closely with various departments to stimulate the growth of Laui Lounge and strengthen our market position.

Job description
As a Sales Support Employee, you are the first point of contact for our valued B2B and B2C customers. You are responsible for answering questions, offering solutions and providing excellent service via telephone, email and chat. You help customers place orders, provide advice on products and ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

In addition, you will support our sales team in processing orders, preparing quotes and following up on leads. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that customers are satisfied and that the sales process runs smoothly.

What we are looking for:

• You have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• You are friendly, patient and able to think in terms of solutions
• You have an affinity with interior design and/or garden design
• You have experience in customer service and/or sales support
• You are flexible and can handle changes well
• You speak fluent Dutch & English and have good writing skills
• You are available to work 24 hours a week, with flexible working hours
